Why IETP established
After seeing the recent study that 73 % of hiring managers point out that colleges are not completely preparing students able to work in core engineering world, and engineering college courses don’t teach what companies hire for. And therefore required to fill Campus to corporate gap. To fill this gap, the IETP Center established with vision to provide training to graduate engineers with skill sets ‘that companies demand’. This resulted in the formation of Finishing School for Engineers and preparing them for INDUSTRY READY, and as an educational and recruitment solution based in Delhi.
